Founder & President
Shaydriana Enriquez-Searle

Founding The S.A.R.A. Foundation has always been a deeply personal dream for Shaydriana. Growing up, she often felt lost and without a safe space to turn to. With both parents struggling with substance use, she experienced firsthand how a lack of support can shape a young person’s life.

At just 17, Shaydriana moved out on her own, carrying with her a vision to one day create something meaningful from her experiences. That vision became The S.A.R.A. Foundation—an organization dedicated to providing peer support, resources, and community outreach to individuals who may feel unseen or unsupported. Through her leadership, Shaydriana is committed to ensuring others have access to the compassion and guidance she wished she had while growing up.

In his early years, Steve struggled with substance use and often felt uncertain about where to turn or what resources were available to him. Those experiences shaped his deep understanding of how vital access to support, guidance, and community truly is.

Today, Steve is a successful small business owner who proudly supports his family. He is a devoted husband, a father to six children, and a mentor to several adopted adult children. Drawing from his lived experience, Steve is passionate about providing peer support to individuals facing similar challenges and is dedicated to expanding outreach, services, and resources within low-income and underserved communities.
